It appears my weekend is disappearing before my eyes and I have so many things left to do. I had such lofty plans but it seems that shoveling wins out. again.
I am tickled that 65 people signed up for this giveaway. Thank you all so much for dropping in and I hope some of you will visit again in the future.
I wrote down all the valid names on scraps of paper with my new Lamy Vista XF fountain pen. I tossed all these slips into a hat and had iMatt draw the winner. Without further ado, the winner of the Rhodia Webbie 3.0 Webnotebook is…
Congratulations Bill~! Please contact me at justdiysara at gmail dot com and we’ll get all the details sorted out.
Once again, a huge thank you to Karen and Stephanie for making this giveaway possible!
Take care and be well.

The title says it all. I’m grateful to be hosting a Rhodia Webnotebook 3.0 giveaway here at Miscellaneous Ramblings.
You might be thinking, “Wow Sara that’s great but you’re late to the party.” It’s true. I received these journals a few months back. I thought I’d wait for the herd of other reviews and giveaways to thin and then sneak mine into the list. Unfortunately the holidays and life got in the way. But its good! One of my readers will get to start off 2011 with a brand spanking new blank paged Rhodia Webnotebook.
Lets take a peak at what you could win. The “Webbie” comes wrapped nicely with a paper band that boasts its best features. “192 pages, 96 sheets, expanding pocket, 5.5 by 8.25 inches, Clairefontaine brushed vellum 90g paper, Made in France.” The Webbie comes in either Rhodia black or orange. I chose orange because one of my favorite colors. Each has a bookmark and pocket in the back.
Several other reviews of the quality and loveability of this item have been done. Here is a list of reviews that have been done by fellow Rhodia fans. (Please note that version 3.0 of the Rhodia Webnotebook does NOT have the Rhodia logo in the page corners of the lined version. Its the same 90g paper so the reviews still apply!)

A huge thank you and shout out to Stephanie and Karen. You guys make being a paper obsessed pen lover a lot more fun!

How did Eric know to say thank you? Is he gifted with a psychic ability?
All kidding aside, Eric drop me an email at justdiysara at gmail dot com and let me know where to send this lil recycled one-of-a-kind jotter. Oh and let me know if you’d like the corners rounded. I didn’t do that so it is up to you.
Cheers to the people who entered and all the others who passed along info regarding this giveaway. I am blown away by the twenty entries. I did a lil squee happy noise. Perhaps I’ll have to go recycle bin diving more often, eh?
Take care and be well.

I have been meaning to post but I haven’t really been up to much worth blogging about. I finished reading “The Lovely Bones” and Matt and I finally watched “Ponyo.” I recommend both! Work has been work and Iggy has been adorably mischievous as usual.
I did reach one milestone recently. March 9th was my one year anniversary on Twitter. To celebrate, I put together a recycled jotter notebook this afternoon. It is 4.25 by 5.5 inches and is made from security envelopes, 20# copy paper – both hand rescued from work recycle bins by yours truly, and an empty Cheerios box. The pages are mostly blank but some have one or two lines of text printed on them. I used bright blue embroidery floss to stitch the pages to the Cheerio’s box cover. The outside of the notebook has a security envelope pocket (with removable tear shapes) and the inside of the cover is the same security envelope pattern. There are 20 pages (40 sides). Keep in mind that this is a handmade recycled item so it is imperfect ~ just like me ^^
To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment. On Sunday, March 28th I will post the winning comment and ask that person to contact me via an email I will list in that post. The winner will have 48 hours to contact me before I pick a new winner. Please only enter once and feel free to spread the word about this giveaway!
Thank you. Take care and be well.
